CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) — what it means

A short-term trauma-focused therapy (~12 sessions) that helps you identify and rework "stuck points" — the trauma-shaped beliefs about safety, trust, power, esteem, and intimacy.

What it looks like

Your stuck point is "the abuse was my fault — I should have left sooner." CPT walks you through challenging that belief on paper, week by week, until your nervous system accepts a more accurate one: "I left as soon as it was safe to."
