Why won't anyone believe me about the abuse?

Because the person harming you invested heavily in being unbelievable-as-an-abuser: public charm, first-strike stories that framed you as unstable, and harm that leaves no bruises. Disbelief from others is a feature of covert abuse, not evidence that you're wrong. Your job is a record and a few real allies — not universal consensus.

What actually helps

Stop prosecuting the case to everyone and keep a dated private record instead. Find the one or two people who believe you — a friend, a support community, a therapist — and let time expose the pattern. It usually does.
