Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASPD) — what it means

A Cluster B disorder defined by a long-standing disregard for others' rights — deceit, manipulation, lack of remorse, and a pattern of rule-breaking or exploitation since adolescence.

What it looks like

Your ex lied with no apparent stress, defrauded a friend without losing sleep, charmed strangers easily, and felt no real regret after harming you — only annoyance at being caught. ASPD describes that combination of charm + low remorse + harm pattern.
